Gyo-za Making

"On Friday, we cooked Gyoza and Onigiri. Gyoza is a traditional Japanese dumpling and Onigiri is Japanese triangle-shaped rice ball. Gyoza is made of pork/beef, ginger, onions, vegetables and spices for taste. After mixing together the ingredients, we wrapped them in special Gyoza wrappers. We cooked them on pan until slight brown. While half of the group is making Gyoza, other half made the Onigiris! We rolled up the rice in a ball and added "Furikake", a special rice ball topping for taste. They were delicious!!!" -Liam K.
